WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?
All kids come fully vaccinated, hooves trimmed, dewormed and castrated (if you desire).
You will receive their health record, hay, grain & our custom mineral to make their transition from our farm to yours as smooth as possible. We also supply an information booklet with tips about raising goats and lists of web resources and books for more information.
WHY BOTHER TESTING?
We maintain a “closed” herd meaning that none of our breeding stock ever leave our farm and any new additions MUST pass blood tests for disease BEFORE they enter our herd. We tested the entire herd from 2019-2025 for CAE, CL & Johnes every 18 months in our adult animals. These contagious diseases can be fatal. There is no known cure. We have stopped testing now due to the cost but keep our herd protected by eliminating exposure to disease.

TRANSPORTATION
Depending on where you live it may be possible to make arrangements for one of our reliable truck transport folks to delivery your new babies safe and sound at a reasonable rate.

We also require all your contact details including your mailing address. Should you request your babies to be registered with the MGR (Myotonic Goat Registry) certificates will be mailed out via Canada Post.
